The Board of Immigration Appeals, or BIA, acts as the reviewing court for all lower immigration court decisions. If you feel that the immigration judge in your case came to an incorrect decision you have 30 days from the date of the immigration judge’s deportation order in which you can file an appeal with the BIA.
If the BIA does not rule in your favor, you can appeal again in a federal circuit court of appeals that serves your jurisdiction, and, if necessary, appeal for a third time before the U.S. Supreme Court. Call or email us to schedule an in-person or Skype meeting to discuss your case.
We are a national immigration service available by phone, Skype, Whatsapp or in-person, from wherever you are in the US or abroad.
